This exquisite coffee was shade grown high (5000+ft) in the mountains of Bolivia and is Strictly Hard Bean (SHB). The beans are very large at 18+ screen size. This coffee is 100% certified Fair Trade organic Arabica coffee. We roast this coffee dark to give a mouth filling brew with moderate acidity. It is full bodied with notes of chocolate and caramel. Gourmet coffee at its finest!
