Our French Roast is a blend of Grade "A" Indonesian coffees and Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) South American coffees. The Indonesian coffees were grown on small 3-5 acre farms. The coffee is harvested and minimally processed to yield an earthy, viscous brew. The South American coffees were grown at extreme elevations resulting in an outrageously dense bean structure that begs to be roasted DARK! This is by far the most full-bodied, mouth-filling, Fair Trade organic gourmet coffee we've ever tasted. Brew this coffee strong for a cup that's out of this world!
